Bahamasair wishes to notify the travelling public that our airline continues to monitor and respond to the growing situation regarding coronavirus (COVID-19). The airline is committed to preserving the health and safety of both passengers and staff, by working closely with Ministry of Health officials, as well as industry leaders for updates and best practices.

As part of our daily routine, ALL aircraft are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in accordance with global travel industry best practices. We are applying disinfectants that is effective against the coronavirus across aircraft interiors, including the places travelers touch most - the tray tables, seat covers, armrests and seatbelts. Additionally, flight crew have been appraised with updated travel industry practices, in relation to the handling of potentially sick passengers.

To date, Bahamasair continues to operate our regular flight schedule. We have not received any information of any travel advisory, from any of the International authorities at the destinations to which we fly.
Bahamasair will waive change fees across all fare types to all destinations we service, through May 31, 2020. In accordance with the airline’s fare rules policy, new travel will have to take place within a year of the original ticket issue date.

Bahamasair remains committed to the safety of all, as we continue striving to be the airline of choice connecting the islands of The Bahamas to the world.
